Very nerdy bit of trivia: The actor doing the voice of young Spock grew up to be Whimsical Will of Dr Demento fame.
I think the bootstrap paradox is one of the coolest science fiction ideas out there. It makes my brain hurt to consider the time logistics but it’s so interesting. They explore it on Doctor Who all of the time. I guessed immediately what was going on in Interstellar but no one believed me that I was able to predict the “twist” ending.
