Kai Winn has added a title. She’s now also First Minister of the Bajoran Provisional Government. She’s got a problem though: A few farmers in Kira’s home province – farmers who were in her resistance cell – are resisting some of Winn’s demands. Could Kira talk to them for Winn? Sure. But resistance runs deep – among the farmers, and in their former freedom fighting friend. Also – Miles is in “the zone.” It’s Shakaar on this week’s Mission Log.
